Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
